Recognising that there are members who are unable to use PayPal or who prefer not to, we now have an extra online credit card payment system you can opt to use. This service is provided by WorldPay, and does not require you to set up an account. You will simply have to key in your subs amount, your card and billing address details. Both systems are free to use.

Refunds information

If you are unhappy with the service you are provided as a RAI member, you do have the right to cancel your membership and request a refund. Each request will be considered on its merits, and in line with The Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, and where appropriate a full refund will be given. Refunds should be requested by email to admin(at)therai.org.uk, within 7 days of your payment.
